Behind the Scene

Selene Pennetta leads OpenMinds with a dedicated emphasis on cross-cultural training and coaching. Her extensive proficiency in Cultural Intelligence is evident through her accreditation as both a Cross-Cultural Facilitator and Train the Trainer, acquired through the esteemed US Cultural Intelligence program under the guidance of David Livermore. Furthermore, Selene has cultivated a robust academic foundation, actively contributing as a lecturer and researcher in various universities spanning different nations.

Currently, she holds the position of Lecturer and Unit Coordinator at Queensland University od Technology Business School. Her academic accomplishments are complemented by her recognition as a Distinguished International Talent Expert in Arts across cultures, a distinction conferred by the Australian Government in 2015.
